1. What does it taste like?

2. How is this different from effervescent ACV tablets?

Three ways: the full 1500 mg dose (a typical tablet carries a fraction), no effervescent salts — so no added sodium load, and no fillers, sucralose or artificial colours. You get the vinegar, not the fizz.
